Fireside chat and teleprompter interviews - north coast ventures' annual meeting

For the fourth year in a row, Cleveland Video Company proudly partnered with North Coast Ventures to produce their highly anticipated Annual Meeting. This event serves as a key communication platform for the company to provide updates to their members, share insights from portfolio companies, and discuss the latest trends in venture capital and private equity.

This year’s production included two major components: interviews with a teleprompter and an in-person fireside chat.

Teleprompter Interview Filming

We recorded two interviews with Todd Federman and Daniel Luketic at Thompson Hine utilizing a Glide Gear teleprompter setup. The shoot featured professional multi-point lighting, high-quality audio capture, and a sleek, executive-style set. Additionally, our teleprompter setup allows speakers to feel confident and naturally address the camera.

In-Person Fireside Chat Production

We also filmed an in-person fireside chat featuring Todd and Stewart Kohl, co-CEOs of Cleveland-based private equity firm Riverside. Along with out standard professional lighting and broadcast-quality audio, this session was shot with a three-camera setup. Multiple camera angles allow us flexibility and variety while editing. The fireside chat offered attendees deep insights into the venture capital and private equity landscape in Northeast Ohio and beyond.

We edited the teleprompter interviews and fireside chat into the final, hour-long web presentation. Our team worked under tight deadlines to ensure all deliverables were produced, edited, and ready for distribution in time for the event, which currently has over 10,000 views on YouTube.
