When a key partner trusts you with their most important event of the year, it’s a big deal. When they do it for four years in a row, it’s a relationship built on proven results. We were proud to partner with North Coast Ventures once again to produce their highly anticipated Annual Meeting.
The Challenge: North Coast Ventures needed to deliver crucial updates to their members, share insights from their portfolio, and discuss the latest trends in venture capital. The final product had to be a polished, professional, and engaging presentation that reflected the high standards of their brand and provided immense value to their key stakeholders.
The CVC Solution: Our job was to handle the entire video production pipeline, ensuring a seamless execution from filming to final edit. We broke the project down into two key components:
Polished Executive Interviews: We filmed interviews with Todd and Daniel from the Northcoast team using our professional teleprompter setup. This tool is a game-changer for executive presentations, allowing speakers to deliver their message confidently and naturally, directly to the camera, without stumbling over talking points.
Recording Fireside Chat: We captured an insightful fireside chat with two co-CEOs using a three-camera setup. Using multiple camera angles gives us the flexibility in post-production to create a dynamic, broadcast-quality experience, cutting between speakers and keeping the audience engaged throughout the conversation.
The Result: Our team edited the interviews and the fireside chat into a seamless, hour-long virtual presentation. Working under a tight deadline, we delivered the final video in time for their event, ensuring North Coast Ventures could communicate their message effectively. The presentation has since been viewed over 10,000 times on YouTube, delivering incredible value and extending the reach of their Annual Meeting far beyond a single day.
